Job summary

Capita plc is seeking a trainee analytics support role at HMS Collingwood as part of Project Selborne. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, based on-site in the Portsmouth area with eligibility for UK security clearance at SC level.

You will carry out post-course discussions, collect and process feedback, perform QA data analysis, and provide analytical inputs to improve training effectiveness for Royal Navy personnel.

• Strong experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and MS Forms to manipulate data and present statistical information.

Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver "better trained sailors to the front line faster".

Your role will be to support the provision of the quality of training courses at HMS Collingwood under the Selborne contract for the Royal Navy. Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week

Essential:

• Strong experience of using Microsoft Excel, Word and MS forms to manipulate data and to present statistical information accordingly
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising tasks without guidance
• Comfortable interacting with Royal Navy personnel at all levels/ranks
• Ability to adhere to processes with strong attention to detail
• Ability to travel between sites in Portsmouth
