Inclusion School Basingstoke is seeking an Administrator to support the day-to-day operations, ensuring a calm, welcoming environment for learners, families, staff and visitors. You will handle reception duties, record-keeping and frontline communications with care and professionalism.
You will contribute to safeguarding and GDPR compliance, work as part of the administration team, and help with events, trips and general office tasks across provisions as needed.
The Administrator role supports the safe, efficient day-to-day operation of the provision through high-quality administrative and front-of-house services. The role contributes to Inclusion Education's commitment to placing wellbeing and mental health at the heart of education ("The Inclusion Way") by helping create calm, welcoming environments for learners, families, staff and visitors. Working as part of the administration team, the postholder ensures routine processes, communication and record-keeping are accurate, timely and compliant with safeguarding and data protection requirements.
