Job summary

A leading provider of water solutions in Aberdeen is seeking an Administrator to support the Depot Manager during a maternity leave cover. You will engage in customer liaison, manage reports, and carry out general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of office experience, excellent IT skills, and a background in customer service. This is a contract position with a supportive working environment.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our Aberdeen Depot in support of a maternity leave cover. You will work as part of a team supporting the Depot Manager in the day to day running of the business.

  • Location : Aberdeen
  • Hours : Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
  • Salary : 24442
Responsibilities
  • Customer Liaison- job updates and enquires
  • Updating in house systems including customer reports Invoicing time sheets taking payments over the phone raising purchase orders via our in-house systems telephone & email enquiries.
  • Other adhoc general admin duties.
Experience and qualifications required for the role

Youll will already be familiar with an office environment the successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office minimum 12 months previous data entry experience a background in customer service excellent IT skills (Excel Word) and the ability to learn new in house IT systems. .
