NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a proactive manager to lead the administrative and clerical projects across the Women, Children & Families Division, supporting clinical and non-clinical services.
You will manage staff, have knowledge of NHS IT systems, and hold a management qualification (HND level or equivalent). The role is based in Scotland and requires adherence to Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland.

The Women, Children & Families Division has responsibility for providing integrated services and managing waiting times within the Division, for Acute and Community Services across Tayside. This includes Child Health Services, Childhood Immunisations, Health Visiting, Family Nurse Partnership, School Nursing, Paediatric Complex Disabilities, Community Paediatrics, Acute Paediatrics, Community Child AHP, CAMHS, Neonatal Service, Maternity, Gynaecology and Assisted Conception Unit.
This post is to lead the management of administrative and clerical projects and change management activities that ensure clinical and non-clinical services are appropriately provided.
Ideally you should have experience of staff management and a knowledge of NHS IT systems along with a management qualification to HND level or relevant work experience.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
Hours of Work: 36 Monday-Friday
