An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Administration Team within The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, based at The Centre for Child Health.
Applications are invited for the post of Receptionist/Clerical Officer which involves performing a wide range of reception and clerical duties.
You should have the ability to communicate with all people, including young people and their families, clinicians, NHS colleagues and other agencies. You will have a pleasant and helpful manner, and work well as part of a team. You will have experience of general office duties.
Knowledge of outpatients booking systems is desirable. Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this position.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
