NHS Tayside is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Neuroprogressive and Dementia Research Network (NDN). The role provides essential administrative support, handling data input, filing, invoice reconciliation, and spreadsheet collation to ensure smooth daily operations.

The Neuroprogressive and Dementia Research Network (NDN) deliver a portfolio of clinical research studies in neurodegenerative conditions across NHS Tayside. The department works in partnership with clinical teams, research and development, academic institutions and external organisations to facilitate the safe, efficient and high-quality conduct of research.
You will have previous administration experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. A friendly manner and good people skills are essential as the role involves working closely with colleagues across the department. This role provides essential administrative support to the NDN team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the daily operations, duties will include data inputting, cash handling, and collation of spreadsheets, maintaining accurate records on SSTS, filing and photocopying reconciliation of invoices and study related documentation. You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
Hours of work are: 21.6 hours, Monday to Friday, office hours. Please note that the salary scale for this post is pro rata for part time hours.
