  • Providing administrative and PA support to Directors and technical staff.
  • Managing correspondence, filing, document preparation, binding, and archiving.
  • Organising and maintaining project documentation and databases.
  • Coordinating meetings, booking meeting rooms, and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Welcoming visitors and arranging refreshments and catering.
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies and stationery.
  • Assisting with marketing materials, company brochures, CVs, and presentations.
  • Supporting quality management and compliance processes.
  • Coordinating staff social events, CPD sessions, parking permits, and office logistics.
  • Maintaining a professional, organised, and efficient office environment.
