Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. The role covers diary management, meeting coordination, and confidential handling of sensitive information.

This fixed-term maternity cover is full-time (37 hours) based in Bristol with some home-working flexibility. The salary ranges from £33,009 to £36,011 per annum, with a contract end date around February 2027.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrative support role.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience managing complex diaries and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgement.

Executive Assistant (Fixed-Term Contract - Maternity Cover)

Location: Bristol (with some flexibility for home working)
Salary: £33,009 - £36,011 per annum
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract until February 2027 (or upon the return of the substantive postholder)
Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide professional, confidential, and high-quality support to a senior leadership team within a large and respected organisation.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you will play a key part in supporting senior leaders, managing priorities, coordinating activities, and ensuring the smooth running of executive operations.
