Overview

A part-time Band 2 Admin Assistant vacancy has arisen with the admin team supporting the Maidstone Mental Health Together Team, part of the Kent & Medway Partnership Trust. Working days will be Monday (9 to 5) and Wednesday (9 to 5).

Responsibilities
  • The main duties will be answering external telephone calls and reception cover at front of house
  • Providing admin support to the clinical team
  • Typing letters and booking appointments
Qualifications and skills
  • Excellent communication skills, good telephone manner
  • Knowledge of email, Word, etc.
  • Experience dealing with colleagues and clients in a friendly and polite manner
  • Previous relevant experience in a busy community setting would be an advantage
