Barnardo's in the North West seeks an Administrative Assistant to support three services: Moving On 2Gether, Cared for Children's Emotional Wellbeing Service, and Foster Well. The role is part-time (21.75 hours per week) with an office base in St Helens town centre, and flexible working patterns discussed on appointment.
You will work in the Admin Team, assisting Therapists, Mental Health Practitioners and Team Managers, using SUR databases, Microsoft 365, and other tools.

This role is for an Administrative Assistant across 3 sister services – Moving On 2Gether (Halton), Cared for Children's Emotional Wellbeing Service (Knowsley) and Foster Well (North West region). All three services are dedicated to providing therapeutic support to fostering placements, working directly with the children, young people and families. We work flexibly to meet the needs of the service users, in partnership with staff from social care, health, schools and other agencies in the best interests of those we support. The Administration Team support our Therapists, Mental Health Practitioners and Team Managers to deliver these services, playing a critical role in ensuring that the families can access support when they need it.

This role is part time: 21.75 hours per week, with an office base in St Helen's town centre. The working pattern will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate. This role would be able to be worked within school hours, however is year-round.
