Cranstoun in Sandwell is seeking an Administration Team Leader to support the deputy borough manager and lead the administration, reception and clinic support functions. You will line-manage a team of administrators and help develop efficient services to assist users and families.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficient computing skills with MS Office and case management systems. Core hours are Monday to Friday, with some flex hours to meet needs.
Salary: £27,180 - £33,580 per annum, depending on experience

We are looking to recruit a permanent full-time Administration Team Leader who will be part of the Sandwell leadership team and support the deputy borough manager to lead our administration,receptionand clinic support functions across the service.You will line manage a team of administrators supporting them to be able to carry out their role fully.
The successful candidate will have effective leadership, communication and organisational skills and have the ability to manage change whilst working to deadlines.
You will need to have good writing, verbal and computing skills and be able to work confidently with all Microsoft programs and case management systems.
All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS check. Some flexibility in working hours may berequiredto meet service needs.The core service operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with additional hours on some evenings.
