WithYou is seeking an experienced Service Administrator in Wandsworth to provide comprehensive administrative support for a busy drug and alcohol service. You will manage referrals, maintain records, and support team communications to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role is a fixed-term contract until 18 May 2027, full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a salary of £30,250 per annum, including Inner London Weighting of £4,000.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to support our busy community drug and alcohol service. This is a key role providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery. You’ll be responsible for managing referrals, maintaining accurate records, and supporting team communications. We have many clients to support so a smooth-running administrative team is crucial to us achieving our aims each and every day. There's great variety in this role ranging from greeting clients, minuting meetings, maintaining our data quality to processing assessments and providing criminal justice administrative support.

The role is a fixed term contract until 18/05/27 full time, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this position is £30,250 per annum, this includes an Inner London Weighting payment of £4,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills, and a commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals. You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do and has a positive and engaging approach to our clients and key stakeholders.

To do this job successfully, you will need:

  • Organised and reliable, providing strong administrative support
  • Previous administration experience within a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in working in a busy workplace environment.
  • Experience working in substance use.
  • Good organisational skills and time management.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
  • Be confident working in a team environment and able to work collaboratively
  • Skilled in data entry and management
  • Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Intermediate or higher-level IT skills
