Ashtead Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK, is seeking an experienced Administration Team Lead to drive referrals across NHS and Private streams and to analyse activity to maximise revenue while ensuring a smooth, efficient patient and consultant experience.

You will lead a team of administrators, demonstrate excellent communication, and use IT systems confidently to support hospital operations and revenue generation.

Qualifikationen

• Professional and confident IT skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Accuracy and reliability.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Initiative with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Strong English and Mathematics skills.

• Sales or Marketing experience welcome but not required.
