Ashtead Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK, is seeking an experienced Administration Team Lead to drive referrals across NHS and Private streams and to analyse activity to maximise revenue while ensuring a smooth, efficient patient and consultant experience.

You will lead a team of administrators, demonstrate excellent communication, and use IT systems confidently to support hospital operations and revenue generation.

The role:

We are looking to recruit an experienced hospital administrator who is able to focus on driving referrals across NHS & Private referral streams. This role will suit an excellent communicator, who is also a gifted problem solver with an ability to undertake analysis of our current utilisation and translate that into a positive patient and consultant experience. We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administration Team Leader with sales focus on increasing referrals across NHS & Private referral streams, through consultant engagement and undertaking analysis of activity in order to maximise revenue generation. You will have great communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to negotiate and liaise effectively within a team-based environment to ensure that the hospital delivers a systematic, efficient and confident service.
