CNTW is recruiting for an administrative role based at the North Tyneside Recovery Partnership, The Forum in Wallsend. You will handle reception, calls, minute taking, printing prescriptions and maintaining NDTMS data, while supporting other areas as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, be accurate, and able to work flexibly in a busy NHS setting. DBS checks may be required, with cost borne by the applicant where applicable.

Applicants should have previous experience of working in an admin role and hold excellent typing, IT skills and customer service skills, be resilient and understanding of complex and difficult service user group.
Applicants will be expected to participate in rota cover for late clinic on Wednesdays as required.
Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills and show a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills, as well as a working knowledge of office procedures including IT skills.
