North Tyneside Recovery Partnership have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Nurse to join the team, working into the criminal justice pathway.
The post is initially a fixed term 18 month contract with potential for further extension
The role entails working with those affected by substance & alcohol misuse who also have criminal justice connection to provide safe and effective interventions, harm reduction advice and use of psycho social interventions to support service users to consider and achieve recovery. The role involves individualised clinical assessment, care planning, formulation, and collaborative working across the multi‑agency team.
The team consists of a well‑established mix of professionals that work collaboratively to deliver individualised care.
The applicant will be expected to demonstrate leadership within the team, providing supervision and supporting students.
