Job summary

Novus, the prison education provider at HMP Leeds, is seeking an Administration Manager to lead a team of Senior Administrators in a busy, security-conscious environment. The permanent, full-time role offers 37 hours per week and a comprehensive benefits package, with safeguarding and DBS checks as part of the process.

The role sits within the LTE Group family, delivering education across multiple sites and partners, with a strong focus on accurate data handling and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Team management experience, including Senior Administrators.
• Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy or willingness to gain.
• Level 2 ICT or Business Administration qualification or relevant experience.
• Level 3 Leadership and Management qualification or progression.
• Excellent customer service across internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based data.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date IT skills.
