Novus, the prison education provider at HMP Leeds, is seeking an Administration Manager to lead a team of Senior Administrators in a busy, security-conscious environment. HMP Leeds is a Category B men’s prison. The facility offers various programs aimed at rehabilitation and skill development. The teams aim is to create an environment in which staff and prisoners feel safe at all times. The prison’s mission is to provide a secure, safe, and rehabilitative environment that encourages positive change and prepares inmates for a successful reintegration into society.
