What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same! You'll become the central hub of the operations team, making sure everything stays on track and everyone has what they need to succeed.

You will:

  • Build and update project schedules so everyone knows what's happening and when
  • Help teams stay aligned by coordinating resources and keeping plans current
  • Pull together simple reports that show progress and highlight what's needed
  • Promote safe working practices in your day-to-day tasks
  • Be the friendly voice on the phone and the welcoming face at reception
  • Keep digital and paper records organised and easy to find
  • Make sure mail, documents and information reach the right people promptly
  • Support Contract Managers with day-to-day admin
  • Arrange vehicle maintenance and service schedules
  • Book accommodation and travel when needed
  • Collaborate with Operations, Commercial and Finance teams to solve problems
  • Gather key documents (timesheets, invoices, labour records, vehicle checks)
  • Ensure managers have everything they need for quick approvals
  • Maintain supervisor documentation so it's always up to date
  • Share snag lists with the right people to keep projects moving
  • Jump in to help with anything that supports the wider team
