THE EMPLOYER IS: KITH & KIN FINANCIAL WELLBEING CICKith & Kin Financial Wellbeing Social Enterprise is a small organisation that requires help in the office with general office duties and to help with our Marketing to improve our Social Media presence etc.As we are a small organisation, the person employed will required to help with general office duties, including Administration and Marketing duties amongst other general office work as required.The person will also need to be confident to work on their own if required, without full time supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Customer service tasks including answering the telephone and calling clients.
  • Updating our customer record management system, using excel and other computer based programs.
  • Marketing tasks including updating our various range of Social Media platforms including Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook etc.
  • Flexibility to help with a range of office duties as and when required.
  • Learning new computer skills in the role, including using Excel to update the CRM system, Microsoft Word to write client letters, and Gmail to email clients and send attachments.
  • Develop and design new social media campaigns as required.
  • Updating our administration system to improve our client systems.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills to telephone clients to discuss any enquiries, deal with queries and issues that are discussed.
  • Confident use of computers while using Word, Excel, Gmail and other softwares or platforms.
  • Marketing knowledge and skills across a range of social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
