Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rugby is seeking a First Line Manager, Account and Project Support to drive project and account activities across the CT team. The role involves independent delivery of CT objectives and implementing new processes to steady state.

Ideal candidates will have administrative and customer service experience, with prior management or project exposure in a fast-paced environment. IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel are essential.

• Experience in Administrative roles, ideally within a multi-location set up.
• Experience in Customer Services, ideally with a Retail customer
• Experience in management or project roles, ideally in a fast paced environment.
• Customer relationship/service experience
• Previous management experience required
• IT literate with Microsoft Office packages and Excel

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: £34,000
Grade: M
Contract Type: 12 Month FTC/Secondment (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 08:30AM to 16:30PM
