Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Harmondsworth (UB7 0EX) is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager on a fixed term full-time contract (18 months). You will lead shift KPIs, support Team Leaders, and ensure health and safety and regulatory compliance while driving performance in a busy warehousing environment.

The role requires strong people management, excellent communication, and IT skills (MS Office and WMS). You will develop the team, recruit as needed, and deliver operational targets in a rotating
