An established industry player is seeking an Admin Assistant to join their Finance Accounts Payable team. We are recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join our Finance Accounts Payable section. The Admin Assistant (Accounts Payable) plays a vital role in providing administrative and financial support aligned with business needs. You will support the Accounts Payable function, contribute to high-quality customer service, and uphold financial processing standards. The role involves troubleshooting, coordinating updates, backups, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality are essential.
Proven administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. A relevant qualification in Administration or equivalent, and experience in finance or accounts payable, are advantageous. Flexibility in approach is also important. The role is 35 hours per week, with hours to be scheduled to meet business needs.
This is a fixed-term position for up to six months. We welcome secondment arrangements from our partner organisations, including Glasgow City Council and Wheatley Housing Group. Interested parties are encouraged to explore this opportunity.
