A leading reproductive healthcare charity in London is seeking a part-time Admin Assistant to support office operations. You will work 15 hours a week, primarily at our Clapham unit, assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring clients receive excellent service. We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to come and join our unit in Clapham. This will be on a part time basis, working 15 hours a week on Tuesday and Wednesdays. You will be based in Clapham with the expectation to cover at London East when required. A detailed shift pattern and salary information can be found below.
You’ll work as part of the team in carrying out administration tasks in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that clients feel accepted, supported, and confident about BPAS services.
You will have proven experience of working within an office environment, where you've carried out administration duties. You will be an excellent communicator both internally and externally and will demonstrate a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
The British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) is the UK's largest independent reproductive healthcare charity, providing evidence-based, not-for-profit reproductive healthcare. Hours: 15 hours per week
There will be an expectation to cover London East Unit on the ad-hoc basis. Clapham will be your base unit with mileage paid to the London East site as per the expenses policy.

£28,050 to £31,074 a year pro rata - Depending on skills and experience
