The Sunshine Day Nursery and the Sunshine Holiday Club provide a high quality childcare service predominantly for employees of the Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and other NHS Organisations.
This assists the Trust in meeting Equal Opportunities and flexible working objectives by caring for employee’s children in a safe, stimulating and interesting environment.
You will be key to supporting the nursery manager/deputy manager in the business administration of the nursery. The main focus of the role is on general office duties including financial processes and managing the nursery electronic database system.
Daily responsibility for organising financial and HR information, including maintaining nursery electronic database systems, recording children’s attendance, generating invoices and recording payments.
