Job description

Are you looking to receive practical training to go alongside a Business Administration Apprenticeship?

Do you want to join a leading manufacturer and learn on the job?

We are seeking Apprentices to join our team in various locations while studying for their Business Administration apprenticeship. The program lasts three years, during which you will develop skills in:

  1. Transmission of warranty and repair & maintenance claims after the claim is built by the calculator
  2. Invoicing retail, warranty, and repair & maintenance jobs, including preparing invoice test descriptions, mileage, invoices, etc.
  3. Monitoring and liaising with the finance department and suppliers regarding purchase ledger queries
  4. Handling branch banking following MAN banking procedures, including cash, cheques, and visa transactions
  5. Maintaining accurate, timely, and efficient invoice filing
  6. Providing information, maintaining records, and performing duties accurately and efficiently
  7. Managing incoming mail and distributing it internally and to the dealer network
  8. Supporting the department in answering telephone inquiries and administrative tasks
  9. Assisting internal departments to achieve KPIs and maintain focus on financial objectives

To succeed in this Apprenticeship, you should have good analytical skills, a proactive approach, and keen attention to detail. You should be eager to learn, a team player, and capable of building rapport with customers. Ideally, you will have a good standard of English and maths, and possibly experience in a similar role.
