Job summary

Tywyn Primary School is seeking an organised and motivated individual to join its office team as an administration and organisation officer. You will support a wide range of administrative, financial and organisational functions to help run the school smoothly.

The successful candidate will have outstanding communication, attention to detail and time management, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience of working within an office / school environment.
  • ICT competent, with knowledge of systems such as SIMS, VISION / I-TRENT, and Microsoft packages.
  • Experience of dealing with members of the public.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a wide range of school administrative processes, ensuring accurate record keeping and information management.
  • Providing financial and payroll administration support.
  • Delivering excellent customer service, interacting with pupils, parents, staff and governors in a professional manner.
  • Supporting the organisation of school events, educational visits and the use of school facilities.

We are looking for an organised and motivated person to join our school office team as an administration and organisation officer. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to deliver a wide range of administration, financial and organisational functions that support the effective running of the school. We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills, strong attention to detail, exceptional time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will be responsible for:
