We are looking for an organised, motivated, and approachable individual to join our school office team as an Administration and Organisation Officer.
This is a customer-facing role and will involve being the first point of contact for parents, visitors, pupils, staff, and external agencies. The successful candidate will provide a professional, friendly, and welcoming service while undertaking a range of routine clerical, administrative, and financial duties to support the efficient operation of the school.
We are seeking someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build positive relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and visitors. The ability to remain calm under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and manage a varied workload is essential.
