Ton Yr Ywen Primary School, Maes Y Coed Road, Heath, Cardiff, CF14 4HG Required ASAPSCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT OFFICERPermanent Ref: ED50011849 Grade 5 SCP 11 – 19 (£29,071 - £33,119) Pro Rata Part time - 19 hours per week (8-4 on Monday and Tuesday with a 1 hour lunch break. 8- 1pm Wednesday)We are looking to appoint a well-organised, experienced and capable school administrative support officer, who can manage our busy school office and administrative systems effectively. Experience in managing budgets, financial and HR systems are especially important to succeed in the role. The successful candidate will need to be professional, patient and polite in dealing with many enquiries and requests from staff, pupils, parents and visitors on a daily basis. The successful candidate will also need to be confident in using ICT to manage administration. Our admin support officer is a job share role which is assisted by a full time equivalent clerical assistant in the school office. The attached person specification gives further details on what we are looking for in a suitable candidate and the attached job description gives full details of what the role involves.
