Location: Hailsham | Shifts: 08:30 - 17:00

The Best Connection is a recruitment agency, and this position is being offered on a Temporary basis.

The Best Connection Eastbourne is actively recruiting an experienced admin to join our client in Hailsham on a temporary basis. This is a key support role, providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office. The successful candidate will be detail‑oriented, proactive, and confident handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Respond promptly to telephone and email enquiries
  • Raise and manage work orders accurately and efficiently
  • Update internal databases with relevant information
  • Schedule appointments and clinics, including managing cancellations and amendments
  • Inform clients of scheduled visits and appointment details
  • Maintain office records and filing systems
  • Check referrals and highlight urgent cases
  • Provide accurate advice and information to service users and referrers

(Please note: your role may not be limited to these tasks)
