Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and direct them to staff.
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and route calls as needed.
• Read, sort and respond to basic emails and queries from the general public.
• Maintain Sign-In Logs of visitors entering and leaving the building.
• Sort incoming mail, pack outgoing items and sign for deliveries.
