The firm comprises former City lawyers and handles a steady pipeline of work, including approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly. They also undertake broader projects such as employee due diligence for larger organizations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating entry and exit packages for senior employees, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This role is fully remote within the UK and can be structured on an ad hoc hourly basis or day rates.
