A boutique law firm specializing in Employment law is seeking to hire an interim Employment lawyer to assist on an ad hoc basis, with the possibility of permanent employment.
The firm comprises former City lawyers and handles a steady pipeline of work, including approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly. They also undertake broader project-related tasks such as employee due diligence for larger, well-established organizations. The scope of work can be tailored to the candidate's experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating employment terms for senior employees, settling agreements, advising on grievances and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This role is fully remote within the UK and can be based on an ad hoc hourly basis or day rates.
