Job Description:

A boutique law firm specializing in Employment law is seeking an interim Employment Lawyer for ad hoc assistance, with potential for permanent hire. The firm comprises former City lawyers and handles a steady stream of cases, including approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly and broader projects such as employee due diligence for larger organizations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating senior employee exits, settlement agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissals, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
