A boutique law firm focusing on Employment matters is seeking an interim Employment Lawyer for ad hoc assistance, with potential for permanent hire.
The firm comprises former City lawyers specializing in Employment law, handling around 10 settlement agreements weekly and broader project work such as employee due diligence for larger organizations. The scope of work varies based on the candidate's experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment issues, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating entry and exit for senior employees, settling agreements, advising on grievances and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissals, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This role is fully remote within the UK, with flexible billing options including ad hoc hourly or day rates.
