A boutique law firm focusing on Employment matters is looking to hire an interim Employment lawyer to assist on an ad hoc basis. There is also scope for a permanent position.
The firm comprises former City lawyers specializing in Employment law. The workload includes approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly, as well as broader project-related work such as employee due diligence for larger organizations. The scope of work varies based on the candidate's experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating entry and exit for senior employees, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This role is fully remote within the UK, with options for ad hoc hourly or day-rate engagement.
