The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment issues, drafting employment contracts, negotiating employment terms, settling agreements, advising on grievances and disciplinary actions, HR compliance, dismissals, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This role is fully remote within the UK and can be on an ad hoc hourly basis or day rates.
