A boutique law firm focusing on Employment matters is looking to hire an interim Employment lawyer to assist on an ad hoc basis. There is scope for a permanent position as well.
The firm comprises former City lawyers specializing in Employment law. The workload includes approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly, along with broader project-related work such as employee due diligence for larger organizations. The scope of work varies depending on the candidate's experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating entry and exit for senior employees, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This role is fully remote within the UK and can be performed on an ad hoc hourly basis or day rates.
