The firm comprises former City lawyers and handles a steady flow of work, including around 10 settlement agreements weekly and broader projects like employee due diligence for larger organizations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating senior employee entries and exits, settling agreements, advising on grievances and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissals, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
