A boutique law firm focusing on Employment law is seeking an interim Employment lawyer for ad hoc assistance, with potential for permanent hire.
The firm comprises former City lawyers specializing in Employment law, handling approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly, along with broader projects like employee due diligence for larger organizations. The workload can be tailored based on the candidate's experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating senior employee exits, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This role is fully remote within the UK, offered on an ad hoc hourly or day rate basis.
