Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Bank Casework Investigators (Band 6 hourly rate) to support employment investigations across the Trust. This is a flexible, ad-hoc role for experienced professionals who can conduct complex investigations in line with Trust policies.

You will liaise with managers, employee relations, witnesses, and other stakeholders to establish facts, produce concise reports, and present findings at hearings when required.

Qualifications

• Experience of Undertaking investigations
• Ability to sensitively handle conflict
• Investigation training such as Root Cause Analysis, ACAS, NCAS
• Education to degree level or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Undertake timely self-directed investigations
• Admin and clerical duties
• Cross-referencing and analysing evidence
• Liaising with internal and external agencies to address terms of reference
• Providing timely updates to the commissioning manager
• Upholding confidentiality at all times
• Presenting investigation report at formal hearings and employment tribunals where necessary
