Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner/Community Mental Health Nurse (Band 6) in Nottingham. Qualifications

• Maintains current registration with the NMC.
• Practice based educator qualification or equivalent.
• Continued professional development to maintain professional registration.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management within the Care Programme Approach.
• Initial assessments and one-to-one interventions with service users.
• Record comprehensive need/risk assessments and devise/take forward treatment plans.
• Demonstrate specialist nursing skills and maintain professional competence.
• Establish and maintain robust communication networks with clients and teams.
