Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Bank Casework Investigators to support the delivery of employment investigations across the Trust. The role is flexible and ideal for experienced professionals who can undertake complex, sensitive investigations on an ad-hoc basis.

You will liaise with managers, employee relations, staff side and witnesses to establish facts, and will produce detailed reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting complex and sensitive investigations.
• Excellent communication and investigative interviewing skills.
• Ability to analyse evidence and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Undertake timely self-directed investigations.
• Admin and clerical duties related to investigations.
• Cross-reference and analyse evidence gathered.
• Liaise with managers, employee relations, witnesses and panels to establish facts.
• Provide timely updates to the commissioning manager and ensure timescales are met.
• Present investigation reports at hearings and employment tribunals where required.
• Deliver concise, well-structured reports meeting Trust policies.
