Job summary

Acturis Limited in London is seeking a client‑facing Business Analyst to join our insurance tech platform team. You will translate complex client requirements into structured solutions and help shape product delivery across the policy lifecycle.

You'll combine business analysis with hands‑on configuration on the Acturis platform, work with insurers and brokers, and communicate confidently to stakeholders. A collaborative, fast‑paced environment offers clear progression and impactful projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and build insurance products within the Acturis platform, translating requirements into structured system solutions.
• Configure product logic, rating models, underwriting rules, data capture journeys and policy outputs, from build through testing and launch.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and enhance live products across the policy lifecycle and advise clients on best practices.

Day to day you will

• Work directly with insurers and brokers to design and build insurance products within the Acturis platform, translating requirements into structured system solutions
• Configure product logic, including rating models, underwriting rules, data capture journeys and policy outputs, taking ownership of delivery from build through to testing and launch
• Analyse, troubleshoot and enhance live products, supporting the full policy lifecycle and advising clients on best practice and system capabilities
