About the Role

Our Greensleeves Care Home is now seeking an Activities Coordinator on a full-time basis to join the team. You will be integral in organising and providing a varied and appropriate programme of activities for the home.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Plan a varied programme of activities in conjunction with the Registered Manager, tailored to the needs of residents.
  2. Explore the most suitable methods and resources for meeting activity needs, including group events, individual sessions, and involving internal, external, and community resources.
What You’ll Need
  • Previous experience in organising activities.
  • Understanding of residents' needs.
  • Flexible attitude and openness to new challenges.
  • Experience working with elders with dementia.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
