Job summary

HC-One Ltd in Scotland is inviting Applications for an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver engaging activities for Residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings. You'll support the Home Manager with fundraising and lead initiatives that encourage residents to socialise, learn new hobbies, and participate in a caring, kind, and inclusive environment.

Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Proficient IT skills and ability to learn care software.
• Safeguarding training or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging activities for Residents.
• Support Home Manager with fundraising events.
• Encourage social interaction and activity participation.
• Collaborate with care home team to run activities.
