Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver engaging activities for Residents in our care home. You will support the Home Manager with events, social activities, and resident wellbeing, bringing energy, empathy, and practical ideas to daily routines.

You will work with a compassionate team to encourage participation, build confidence, and create a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Full training and ongoing development are provided as part of HC-One’s supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging activities for Residents.
• Assist the Home Manager with fundraising events and activity programmes.
• Foster social interaction and confidence-building among Residents.
• Communicate with Residents and Care Team with kindness and respect.
• Participate in safeguarding and adhere to training requirements.
