Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for residents across dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist care homes. You will help with fundraising events and support residents to socialise with kindness at the forefront of your work.

We value a background in working with vulnerable individuals, along with strong planning, organisational, and IT skills, and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and implementing activities for residents, preferably in care settings.
• Ability to engage with vulnerable individuals with kindness and empathy.
• Strong organisational and IT skills with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that delight residents and their families.
• Assist Home Manager with organising fundraising events.
• Help residents socialise and participate in activities with a compassionate approach.
