Job summary

Royal Mail in Porthcawl is seeking a flexible Delivery Driver to join the team as a Post Person with Driving, delivering letters and parcels in your local community. You’ll drive a Royal Mail van and spend portions of your route on foot, providing reliable service come rain or shine.

Applicants should hold a full, manual UK driving licence with up to 6 points and be prepared to walk extensively and stay active.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk long distances and stay active throughout the day.
• Able to adapt to varying shifts with little notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels on your round as a Post Person with Driving.
• Drive a Royal Mail delivery van and complete parts of your route on foot.
• Pass a driving assessment when you start and work flexible shifts.
