Job summary

Royal Mail is hiring flexible Post Person with Driving to deliver letters and parcels across a defined route. You will drive a Royal Mail van, do some walking, and ensure items reach customers safely in all weather.

Eligible candidates should hold a full UK driving licence with up to 6 points, be physically capable of walking 20,000 steps daily, and adapt to varying shifts. A driving assessment is required on start.

Qualifications

• Driving Licence: Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk and lift up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; ability to adapt is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your route, often on foot and by van.
• Safely handle and deliver election materials and restricted items in line with Royal Mail standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Royal Mail in the community.
